Expert Review
The demand for skilled security personnel is ever-increasing, particularly in urban settings like Dallas. AAA Security Guard Services LLC offers a full-time opportunity for Level III Commissioned Security Officers aiming to protect client assets and ensure safety. The salary range of $73,575 to $103,352 is competitive within the industry, making this a viable career choice for experienced professionals.
Candidates should be aware that possessing an active Texas Level III Security Guard License is mandatory, along with the responsibility to supply one's own duty equipment, which can pose a financial burden. This requirement might discourage those just starting in the field, as they may not have the funds for firearms and other gear.
While the role offers room for growth, the focus on maintaining a visible security presence means that staff must be prepared for physically demanding shifts. The company emphasizes professionalism and integrity, which can resonate well with those committed to public safety. However, the nature of the job can lead to high-stress situations.
In summary, this position suits those with a solid background in security or military service, looking for a reputable company to grow with. For further details, check the official listing at AAA Security Guard Services.
