Duties & Responsibilities Oversight of JSE DSS Requirements compliance Review and sign-off of programme memoranda, pricing supplements & submissions Act as sponsor signatory and JSE liaison Support governance frameworks and sponsor function build-out Desired Experience & Qualification Approved JSE Debt Authorised Representative / Approved Executive Strong DSS Requirements knowledge Experience in debt capital markets and JSE interaction
