About this role

We are hiring enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our contact centre in Stellenbosch. You will handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that genuinely benefit the customer. Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy, patience, and a focus on first-call resolution. Support outbound calling campaigns for customer retention, satisfaction surveys, and promotional activities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information. Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Resilience and a positive attitude when working in a target-driven environment. Ability to multitask by talking, typing, and navigating systems simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a diploma or degree in a related field is advantageous. Fluency in multiple languages is an asset for multilingual support positions.

Qualifications NQF Level 4 Contact Centre qualification is advantageous.
