Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?**The **Key Purpose** of the ZBB Consolidator Specialist is to be responsible for managing all aspects of Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), including Latest Estimate (LE) Management, report building, and updating monthly dashboards. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive ZBB initiatives. Additionally, the Specialist will assist in preparing reports for ZBB meetings, generating standardized financial reporting decks, and providing analytical support for FP&A functions.**Key Roles and Responsibilities:*** Support for all aspects of the ZBB from LE Management, building reports and updating monthly dashboards, together with working cross functionally to help support ZBB creating initiatives.* Assist in preparing and compiling reports for ZBB meetings, together with generating standardized reporting decks on financial results.* Support in LE reviews with each of the different Business Units and Zone Functions, together with supporting in preparing the Zone President & VP Finance for relevant topics with BUs and Global.* Support with analytical support across FP&A functions**Key Attributes and Competencies:*** Resilient, flexible and adaptable* Ability to work with constant change, work within tight reporting deadlines and in a stressful environment* Teamwork and ability to build effective business relationships* Strong Excel skills**Minimum Requirements:*** Relevant Business Degree* 2 Years of FMCG/Finance experience**Additional Information:*** **Band: VII**SAB/ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
