Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.65 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or vendors, checking identification and/or visitor records, and following site-specific access procedures.Monitor entry points, phones, cameras, and/or front desk activity to help support security-related procedures and report unusual activity or concerns to the appropriate contact.Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities and communicating with site contacts when appropriate.Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor information, and incident documentation, and help support daily operations within an educational location through attentive, professional presence.
