You’ll report to a Warehouse Supervisor or Process Manager and work closely with other team members to accomplish a variety of warehouse tasks. Join us at: 6725 S. Todd Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188. Note: Starting in 2026, operations at this location will transition to a new, highly automated, 500,000 square-foot warehouse in Gresham, Oregon. Shifts, Pay, and Benefits: Day shift: Distribution Center Associate FT Monday - Friday with 9/9:30am start time Pay starting at $23.70/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $24.90/hour Bonus eligible for individual and building performance Night shift: Distribution Center Associate FT Sunday – Wednesday Night 4x10 shift (four, 10-hour days) from 9pm - 7:30am Pay starting at $23.70/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $24.90/hour Bonus eligible for individual and building performance Annual Pay Increase & Quarterly Stay Bonus: In 2024, all team members will receive a $1/hr pay increase as a stay incentive. In 2025, it will become a $2/hr increase as a stay incentive. In addition, all team members will receive a $1,500 bonus for each quarter they employed through building closure. Relocation Assistance: Interested team members will be eligible for relocation assistance in moving to our new Grasham, Oregon, facility in 2026. Details will be provided in 2025 as the move gets closer.
