You’ll report to a Warehouse Supervisor or Process Manager and work closely with other team members to accomplish a variety of warehouse tasks. Join us at: 6725 S. Todd Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188. Note: Starting in 2026, operations at this location will transition to a new, highly automated, 500,000 square-foot warehouse in Gresham, Oregon. Throughout this transition, we’ll seek to retain as many team members as possible in the new location or in other local Grainger facilities. Facility reassignments will occur over many months with opportunities for relocation assistance, and we will treat all team members with fairness and respect as we’ve always done over our 96-year history. Shifts, Pay, and Benefits: Day shift: Distribution Center Associate FT Monday - Friday with 9/9:30am start time Pay starting at $23.70/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $24.90/hour Bonus eligible for individual and building performance Night shift: Distribution Center Associate FT Sunday – Wednesday Night 4x10 shift (four, 10-hour days) from 9pm - 7:30am Pay starting at $23.70/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $24.90/hour Bonus eligible for individual and building performance Annual Pay Increase & Quarterly Stay Bonus: In 2024, all team members will receive a $1/hr pay increase as a stay incentive. In 2025, it will become a $2/hr increase as a stay incentive. In addition, all team members will receive a $1,500 bonus for each quarter they employed through building closure. Relocation Assistance: Interested team members will be eligible for relocation assistance in moving to our new Grasham, Oregon, facility in 2026. Details will be provided in 2025 as the move gets closer. In addition to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starting day one, you’ll also enjoy: 18 paid time off days and 6 company holidays per year 6% 401(k) company contribution each pay period with no match required Educational assistance, including financial counseling, tuition reimbursement and low-cost degree options Employee discounts, parental leave, and more Safety shoes provided You Will Safely complete outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing, with high quality Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team You Have Comfortability working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may have to occasionally lift up to 75lbs. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check *For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments Great attention to detail, quality, and safety Who We Are Grainger exists to keep the world working. Shifts, Pay, and Benefits:

You Will

You Have
