We are a small Boutique Hotel with 12 rooms downtown Toronto. www.hotelocho.com The duties of Front desk include, but are not limited to the following; Handles incoming calls for room reservations when Reservations department is closed Handles guest check ins/check outs Responds quickly to guest requests concerns in a friendly and professional manner at all times, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Understands and follows property standards. Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday and Sunday night (11pm –7am) Must have ability to handle stressful environment Couple hours of restaurant cleaning Preparing coffee/ tea and breakfast on event mornings Must have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Preference given to candidates enrolled in or graduate of a post secondary hospitality/hotel management program. Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision Part-time position with possibilty to work Full-Time Pay: $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week Work Location: In person
