This is a versatile role where you will be fully trained in cashier operations, customer engagement, and stock replenishment. Whether you are helping a customer find the perfect item or ensuring our shelves are perfectly stocked, your work ensures our store remains a preferred destination for value and service. Key Responsibilities Customer Excellence: Greet and assist customers with product questions and personalized recommendations in a positive, approachable manner. Transaction Management: Accurately manage sales transactions while operating an assigned cash register, ensuring the security of all cash and company assets. Stocking & Inventory: Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks. Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organize the stockroom in accordance with productivity standards. Store Recovery: Regularly recover merchandise by straightening shelves and ensuring displays meet company presentation standards. Safety & Environment: Foster a respectful, safe environment through professional interactions with customers, associates, and store leadership. Facility Maintenance: Maintain store-wide cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and restocking restrooms to ensure a presentable shopping experience. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Experience: Previous customer service experience in retail, grocery, hospitality, or drug store environments is highly preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Communication: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required to follow instructions and interpret operational documents. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 3050 lbs from the floor to above shoulder height; requires frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive lifting. Problem Solving: Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems in a high-energy team environment.
