Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantitative Researcher based in the Pune Division, with an option for partial remote work. The Quantitative Researcher will be responsible for conducting in-depth quantitative research to identify trends and insights, utilizing statistical and mathematical techniques. Responsibilities include developing investment models, analyzing datasets, providing actionable recommendations, and working closely with cross-functional teams on various projects. Qualifications Strong skills in Statistics and Mathematics for analyzing and interpreting large datasets Proficiency in Quantitative Research and Quantitative Investing for identifying data-driven insights Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making Experience in predictive modeling and advanced quantitative methodologies is a plus Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data effectively Master's or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
