Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Customer Service: Take phone and in-person orders in a friendly, professional manner. Order Entry: Accurately enter orders using the computer keyboard or touch screen. Food Prep: Prepare pizzas and side items to product standards. Inventory: Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler. Maintenance: Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready. QualificationsRequirements: Age: Must be at least 16 years old. Skill: Must be able to ride a bike safely and proficiently. Attitude: Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times. Reliability: Must be punctual and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts. Availability: Must be available to work nights and weekends. Screening: Ability to pass a background check. Detailed Job Requirements & Working Conditions: Physical Demands Team members must be able to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces (tile, linoleum). Listing and carrying requirements include: Lifting: Unloading supplies up to 50 lbs and stacking them on shelves up to 72" high. Carrying: Moving ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances. Movement: Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force). Dexterity: Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers (typing, pizza making). Working Conditions & Hazards Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with exposure to: Temperatures: Extreme ranges from 36°F (walk-in cooler) to 90°F+ (kitchen) and up to 500°F (ovens). Environment: Exposure to cornmeal dust, food fumes, cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Outdoors: Occasional exposure to adverse weather during trash removal or tasks outside the store. Mental & Sensory Requirements Sensing: Must have near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces. Must be able to hear and speak clearly on the telephone. Temperament: Ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, and make quick decisions while dealing with customers and crew.
