Responsibilities Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move, stage, and store product. Cross-Dock Distribution: Manage fast-moving freight through our cross-dock environment, ensuring minimal storage time and quick turnaround. Shipping & Receiving: Scan all inbound and outbound freight using RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy. Shipment Verification: Verify physical counts against shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips) to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies. Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols. Qualifications Certified Operator: Holds a valid, active forklift operator license. Experienced Material Handler: Brings 1+ years of demonstrated experience operating Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Counterbalances, dock stocker, walkie and Cherry Pickers. Punctual & Dependable: Maintains reliable personal transportation to guarantee consistent, on-time arrival for all scheduled shifts. Detail-Driven: Combines a strong, hardworking ethic with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Bonus Experience (Nice-to-Have): Brings background or experience working in high-velocity cross-docking environments.
