Seasonal Warehouse Associate Pick/ Pack Reports To: Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager FLSA: Non-Exempt Job Role/Responsibilities: Picks and/or packs orders accurately within standard timeframe. Receives in products and/or puts them away accurately and timely. Maintains 5s model by standardizing, sorting and straightening products, as needed. Responds to customer requests, including parts look-up and will-call pick up. Follows processes in a detail oriented, accurate and consistent manner. Works to become an expert and cross-trains with team members in the various work activities. Demonstrates understanding by carrying out written or oral instructions correctly. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Respectfully takes direction from the manager. Other warehouse duties assigned. Qualifications: Understanding of a warehouse operation is preferred. Must be at least 17 years of age. Ability to follow workplace rules and procedures. Valid forklift/pallet jacket experience is preferred. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, squat twist or turn multiple times a day. Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds. Must be able to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers to manipulate tools/parts.
