A. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for the accountability and security of clients and the facility. Records attendance, no show, financial tracking, UA Results, and Incidents. B. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collect/Supervise urine samples, when required Collects monies and records financial tracking for treatment and service costs. Maintains accountability and security of the clients reporting for treatment or services. Prepares Incident Reports and data entry, when required. Prepares documentation, records, forms or other required administrative reports. Monitors compliance of the program’s rules and regulations. Conducts initial intake assessments and required paperwork with clients. Monitors client behaviors and adherence to treatment accountability related to attendance and financial obligations. Performs filing, organization of treatment and intake packets, correspondence, including discharged files. Maintains facility safety, cleanliness, and sanitation. Performs other duties as assigned. A. QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must have a high school diploma or GED. a. Must be able to provide documentation of high school diploma or GED. Must be able to type at least 20 words per minute as well as be proficient navigating the internet and word processing programs. B. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Must be a citizen of the United States and be able to pass a NCIC/CCIC/NLETS background check. Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License. Must uphold all applicable professional ethical responsibilities, including PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act).
