Arabic-Speaking Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and Arabic-speaking female customer support executive to join Khaleej Farm, an online platform delivering fresh halal meat and farm products across the UAE. This is a work-from-home role focused on customer communication, order support, and cold calling potential customers to generate sales and build relationships. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email Assist customers with product information, orders, and delivery details Respond to customer queries in a professional and friendly manner Cold Calling / Sales Call leads from provided database Introduce Khaleej Farm products and offers Convert leads into orders and repeat customers Follow up with customers for feedback and re-orders Confirm customer orders Language Requirement Fluent in Arabic (mandatory – UAE/Gulf dialect preferred) Basic English communication Work Requirements Work from home (remote) Must have: Laptop / computer Stable internet connection Quiet working environment Working Hours Flexible (to be discussed) Preferably aligned with UAE business hours Work Location: Remote
