Job Summary: At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Team Leader - Park Security will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and park assets. This role involves supervising a team of security officers, coordinating daily security operations, and maintaining a secure environment in line with organizational policies and safety standards. The Team Leader will act as a first point of contact for security issues, providing guidance to the team and addressing incidents promptly to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Collective: ▪ Comply with the Six Flags Qiddiya’s code of conduct and ethics ▪ Promote the Six Flags Qiddiya vision, mission, values and model desired behaviors ▪ Promote Six Flags Qiddiya and spread its culture ▪ Commit to Six Flags Qiddiya’s rules and regulations ▪ Perform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of organizational goals ▪ Share with team know-how and encourage their development JOB-SPECIFIC ▪ Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring proper deployment and efficient coverage of the park's security needs. ▪ Provide clear instructions and guidance to the team during routine operations and in emergency situations. ▪ Conduct daily briefings to communicate important updates, policies, and operational plans to the security team. ▪ Monitor the park's security activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures. ▪ Conduct regular patrols of park premises to identify potential safety risks or breaches. ▪ Respond promptly to security incidents, investigating and documenting findings as required. ▪ Assist in the management of access control, ensuring only authorized personnel and guests enter restricted areas. ▪ Provide a safe environment for guests and employees by addressing safety concerns and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. ▪ Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to security matters in a professional and courteous manner. ▪ Collaborate with other departments to address safety and security needs during events, peak times, and special activities. ▪ Assist in training new security officers, ensuring they understand park policies, emergency procedures, and guest service expectations. ▪ Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance their performance and skills. ▪ Record and report all security incidents, including theft, vandalism, accidents, and breaches, to the Supervisor - Park Security. ▪ Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities. ▪ Assist in coordinating emergency response activities, including evacuations and first aid support, as needed. ▪ Ensure all security operations comply with local regulations, organizational policies, and industry best practices. ▪ Conduct routine inspections to verify that security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarms, is functioning properly. ▪ Act as a liaison between the security team and park management, providing updates on security operations and concerns. ▪ Coordinate with external security agencies and emergency services when required. ▪ Support other teams and departments with security-related needs, ensuring seamless collaboration. ▪ Other duties as assigned. Education: High school diploma, or a relevant certifications in security operations is required. Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a supervisory role, in security or a related field. Skills: Strong leadership abilities, capable of supervising and motivating a team effectively. Knowledge of security procedures and protocols, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Attention to detail, identifying potential risks and addressing incidents promptly. Effective communication skills, engaging with team members, guests, and other stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities, managing security concerns and incidents efficiently. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, for reporting and documentation. Calm under pressure, handling emergencies and challenging situations with professionalism. Physical fitness, capable of performing patrols and responding to incidents as needed.
