Warehouse Lead: Jetco Heavy Duty Lighting is seeking a Warehouse Lead at its head office in Edmonton, Alberta. This full-time positionoffers a balanced lifestyle with primarily weekday hours and availability off hours for emergencies. The primary warehouse in Edmonton is for wholesale distribution of lighting and related products. We have an entrepreneurial spirit and seek ‘out of the box’ thinkers. Responsibilities: Inventory analysis (understanding product, analyzing usage, supporting procurement) General warehouse duties (shipping/receiving; picking, packing, and coordinating shipments) Building units, displays, etc…. Solid understanding of inventory management (cycle counting, BOM, receiving, etc…) Supporting Management with any requests Caring for the property Key Skills: Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail (counting, picking, etc….) Thrives in a team environment and able to work independently. Strong computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office proficiently (word, excel). Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Able to gain strong product knowledge - technical aptitude Highly motivated and committed; possessing a desire to be successful and willing to learn Good with hands for manual dexterity Able to physically handle lifting, carrying, etc…. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years warehouse experience or equivalent Handy with tools and general repairs Minimum: High School Diploma Post secondary diploma or degree an asset.
