Security Operations Manager

Ditebogo Unit Security Services is seeking a highly competent, disciplined, and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee and manage all security operations, ensure effective service delivery, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and lead operational teams across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily security functions while ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily security operations across all assigned sites Develop, implement, and monitor security strategies, operational procedures, and contingency plans Ensure all security personnel comply with company policies, client requirements, PSIRA regulations, and legal standards Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and operational audits Manage staff deployment, scheduling, discipline, and performance Lead incident response, investigations, and reporting processes Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring service excellence Coordinate recruitment, training, and development of security personnel Manage operational budgets, resources, equipment, and fleet coordination Ensure proper handling of emergencies, strikes, theft, armed incidents, and crisis situations Compile detailed operational reports for management Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service quality Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Policing, Criminal Justice, or related field Minimum of 5 years proven experience in security operations management Valid Driver’s License Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and report-writing abilities Proven ability to manage multiple sites and large teams Sound knowledge of security legislation, compliance, and industry best practices Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, reporting systems, scheduling tools) Added Advantages / Preferred Qualifications: PSIRA Registration Firearm Competency Certification Experience in high-risk, NKP, mining, government, or large-scale security environments Tactical or incident management experience Knowledge of tender/site compliance requirements Key Competencies Leadership and decision-making Strategic planning Conflict resolution Risk management Client relations Staff supervision Crisis management Attention to detail Integrity and professionalism Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily security operations across all assigned sites
Develop, implement, and monitor security strategies, operational procedures, and contingency plans
Ensure all security personnel comply with company policies, client requirements, PSIRA regulations, and legal standards
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and operational audits
Manage staff deployment, scheduling, discipline, and performance
Lead incident response, investigations, and reporting processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring service excellence
Coordinate recruitment, training, and development of security personnel

Minimum Requirements
