Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily security operations and personnel activities. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. Develop and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Train and mentor security staff to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to best practices. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and lead investigation efforts as necessary. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to incidents. Prepare detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and investigations for management review. Requirements Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role in the security industry. Extensive knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide security personnel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and law enforcement. Certifications in security management or related fields (e.g., CPP, PSP) are highly desirable. Ability to assess and analyze security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
