The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, supply distribution, facility upkeep, and equipment readiness. This role ensures that all materials, tools, and resources are properly maintained, organized, and available to support field operations. Laundry Operations Wash, dry, and organize returned soiled materials (rags, mop heads, towels, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and ensure adequate stock. Order Fulfillment Pick and pack supply orders accurately and prepare for delivery. Verify order accuracy. Supply Pickup & Delivery Pick up and deliver cleaning supplies and equipment. Load/unload vehicles safely. Warehouse Organization Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse. Properly store and put away inventory. Inventory Management Assist with monthly inventory counts and report discrepancies. Facility Cleaning Clean office, bathrooms, kitchen, and mop floors as needed. Grounds Maintenance Perform basic outdoor upkeep including mowing grass areas. Vehicle Care Clean vehicle interiors and transport vehicles for maintenance. Equipment Repair Assist with maintaining and repairing equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, and auto scrubbers. Valid Driver's Licence Authorized to work in the US High School Diploma
