Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate site procedures.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help identify access concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues that may require notification to property management.Support daily operations at a commercial office location by assisting with visitor directions, observing building activity, and communicating with tenants, contractors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
