Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk support at the location.Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and professional communication.Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate concerns according to site protocols.Answer phones, assist with visitor check-in, maintain accurate front desk logs and incident documentation, and communicate security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Support emergency response activities when appropriate, provide directions and general assistance, and report maintenance, policy, and/or customer service concerns observed at the front desk area.
